Should know sql across multiple platforms, know how to do deep data analysis, familiar with financial services (client, account, etc), know all the code gen stuff and be curious about it, know about automation/devops, be vocal, driven, self starter, not need baby sitting, happy working in chaos. Technical Skills: Advanced SQL Expertise: Deep proficiency in SQL across platforms, especially PL/SQL and Oracle database administration, enabling complex data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable query design for enterprise-grade systems. Cloud-Native Data Architecture: Proven experience designing and deploying scalable data ecosystems on AWS and Databricks, leveraging tools like AWS Glue, Lambda, CDK, and Terraform to support high-volume, real-time and batch processing. AI/ML Engineering & Optimization: Hands-on delivery of ML Ops pipelines and agentic AI solutions, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization for business-critical use cases ETL Mastery & Data Quality Engineering: Expertise in building self-healing, event-driven ETL frameworks with embedded data quality checks, significantly improving reliability and reducing operational overhead DevOps & Automation Leadership: Skilled in CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions, ML Flow, and infrastructure-as-code tools to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure consistency across environments.
