Essential experience • Significant hands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Fabric. • Strong knowledge of Azure data services and architecture. • Strong commercial experience as a Data Engineer, ideally with approximately seven or more years in data engineering. • Experience building robust bronze–silver–gold data pipelines. • Experience developing Lakehouse and semantic models. • Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development. • Demonstrable technical leadership, mentoring or responsibility for guiding the work of other engineers. • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills. • Experience working within Agile delivery teams. Desirable experience • Exposure to AWS or cross-cloud environments. • Integrating contact-centre platforms, particularly Amazon Connect. • Integrating CRM systems and other operational or line-of-business applications. • Delivering channel-shift analysis or operational reporting solutions.
