About the Role
We're looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer to support a fast-scaling fintech startup. The company is rapidly expanding its data platform to support new partner agreements and product growth. They need a strong engineer to own the analytics layer ahead of a major product launch.
What You'll Do
Design and build the gold layer of a medallion architecture on Snowflake, creating the analytics model used directly by business stakeholders. You'll work across a large-scale data pipeline, fine-tuning the bronze and silver layers, and taking end-to-end ownership of your work.
What We're Looking For
• Strong hands-on Snowflake experience with a solid understanding of data modeling
• Startup or scale-up background; comfortable with ownership and ambiguity
• Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-driven and able to move fast without a lot of process around you
• NY-based preferred for in-person collaboration
