Senior Data Engineer - Palantir Platform

MokshaaLLC is currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer with experience in Palantir Platform for one of our clients in Austin, TX. This position requires someone who can work 5 days a week, onsite. Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite 5 days a week Duration: 6 - 12 months Contract - W2/C2C/1099 Pay Rate Range: $65/hr to $75/hr (negotiable based on experience and engagement type) Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real time within the Palantir Foundry environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: New Data Ingestion – Configure and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, transform data using Foundry’s Code Workbooks, Ontology, and data integration tools. UI/UX Changes – Support and enhance operational workflows, dashboards, and Palantir Foundry applications for end users. Data Quality and Integrity – Ensure data accuracy and consistency across datasets, Ontologies, and operational pipelines within Foundry. Ad-hoc Business Requests – Build and deploy data transformations and reports using Foundry tools to meet evolving business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Campaign Lifecycle Management Team, Customer Success Managers, Officer Support Teams, and internal data teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless data delivery through Palantir Foundry. • Document each issue and solution within the Foundry environment and internal knowledge base to drive continuous improvement. • When bandwidth allows, provide support for the AI Agent Foundry initiative, contributing to the development and maintenance of AI-driven and data-enriched solutions leveraging Foundry’s Machine Learning and Ontology layers. Qualifications: • Proven experience in developing robust ETL pipelines and ensuring high data quality, preferably within Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data lineage in Foundry. • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. • Highly coachable and adaptable; able to pivot as project priorities shift. • Experience with Palantir Ontology, Foundry Code Workbooks, Data Pipelines, or Operational Applications is strongly preferred. • Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML tools, or Palantir’s AI capabilities (e.g., AIP, AI Agent Foundry) is a strong plus.
