About the job We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and modern data engineering practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise data solutions across Operational Data Stores (ODS), Data Lake, and reporting platforms. This role requires a highly self-driven engineer who can independently design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should possess strong solution design and architecture skills, enabling them to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing data platforms while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders. Requirements Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must-have requirements are: • 7-10 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL development, and enterprise data platforms. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. • Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL. • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF). • Experience with Bash scripting. • Experience working with Zena or similar enterprise job scheduling tools. • Strong experience supporting Operational Data Stores (ODS), batch processing, and Data Lake environments. • Strong understanding of data modelling, data architecture, and solution design principles. • Proven ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile development environments.
