Senior Data Engineer

Position: Senior Technical Consultant /Data Engineer (Partner-Facing) Location: Pittsburgh, PA Key Responsibilities • Act as a partner-facing technical consultant for high-profile clients • Drive complex API migration projects, ensuring smooth integration with Client systems. • Provide strategic insights to transform technical solutions into business opportunities. • Work autonomously, design frameworks, and manage roadblocks without constant supervision. Top Technical Requirements • SQL Expertise: Must be exceptionally strong. • API Experience: Integration and migration projects are critical. • Coding Skills: • Required: Python • Preferred: Java, Go, PHP • Tools: Postman experience is highly valued. • Ecosystem Knowledge: Ads, Maps, Cloud, Android APIs. • Ability to read/write code, debug, and analyze logs without relying on AI tools (Tools usage is considered a red flag). Soft Skills & Strategic Requirements • Client-Facing Experience: Must have worked with large enterprise clients. • Ability to translate technical work into business impact. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Consultant-like mindset: design frameworks, manage resources, and provide actionable feedback to engineering leadership.
