A growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help scale its data ecosystem and enable better insights, reporting, and decision-making across the business.
In this role, you'll design high-performance data pipelines, improve data quality, and build scalable solutions that support both operational and analytical initiatives.
What You'll Do
• Develop and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
• Build robust data models and data infrastructure that support analytics and reporting
• Improve data quality through automated validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks
• Design and support APIs, data services, and integration solutions
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across cloud-based environments
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver impactful data solutions
• Contribute to data architecture, governance, and long-term platform strategy
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong SQL and Python development skills
• Experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines
• Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar tools
• Experience working within AWS or another cloud environment
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and scalable architecture
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
• Data observability, lineage, or cataloging experience
• Experience in healthcare, highly regulated industries, or governance-focused environments
• Exposure to data product development or domain-driven data practices
