We are Seeking an Lead Engineer, who has hands-on experience with Apache tools, Java Development and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).

Job Title: Lead Engineer
Job Duration: 12+ months
Job Location: St Louis, MO (Hybrid, 3 days a week should work from office)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in Apache Flink, Kafka, and Java developments.
• Understanding of how to use CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Hands-on experience with leading observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) and platforms for metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Proficiency with OpenTelemetry for instrumenting applications to generate standardized telemetry data.
• Expertise in tools like Grafana for building custom dashboards and visualizing complex data
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python/unix, for scripting, automation, and custom tool development.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $60-$65/hr on W2.
