Duration: 6 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
The Global Payments & Liquidity Analytics (GPLA) Infrastructure team provides infrastructure support to GPLA, which includes the strategic analytics, banker and customer communications analytics, and management reporting. This GPLA platform team ensures, in partnership with technology groups, all GPLA’s infrastructure, data acquisition and value added processing needs are met.
This position will be responsible to liaise with technology partners associated with this function, act as a primary contact of the infrastructure team for the communications analytics team within GPLA. This position will also develop a deep understanding of the business processes, concepts, and data behind Global Payments and Liquidity products, to effectively perform business/data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of tools and databases our team owns and manages
• Act as a primary liaison between the infrastructure team and technical and downstream business partner teams
• Manage data infrastructure projects, through creating business requirements documents, reviewing functional/technical documents, communicating the strategy and direction to both management and technology teams, and directing technology implementation
• Lead discussions with the SMEs and data product consumers on enhancement requests and issue / defect resolution
• Assist in performing moderate to complex business and data analyses/assessments
• Manage the data acquisition process end to end, including consulting with GPLA, authorized data source, and system of record partners
• Adheres to data security and governance regulations, guidelines, and policies
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Global Payments and Liquidity products, services, and Wholesale Banking (preferred)
• Inquisitive mindset with the ability to quickly learn complex business concepts, processes, and data
• Experience consulting with and leading partners through highly complex business and data challenges
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both business and technology teams
• Strong organizational, planning, and change management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Qualifications:
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Experience in business systems analysis, business systems design, or a combination of both
• Ability to write moderate to complex SQL queries (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience reviewing SQL code to assist with defect resolution and data quality issues
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
