Title: Senior Data Management Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of wires data, initiation channels, and financial crimes regulation
Liaison between the GPL Analysis and Frontline Risk
Perform analysis comparing wires messages with instructions received in initiation channels
Lead discussions with wires product SMEs and initiation channel application business owners related to findings and resolution
Adhere to data security and governance regulations, guidelines, and policies
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
7+ years of business analytics experience, payments risk experience, or a combination of both
4+ years of writing complex SQL code (in Microsoft SQL Server or Hive) with experience parsing XML, delimited, and fixed with data files
Proven analytical thinking, problem solving skills with attention to detail
Reporting and analytics experience to develop data pipelines, data transformation, and reporting for business analysts/executives
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of the GPL products and services and Wholesale Banking
Proven experience in consulting and leading discussions with partners on planning and executing highly complex business problems
Experience in developing and managing great working relationships with business and technology partners
Strong organizational and change management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
