Senior Data Modeler

Are you passionate about data architecture, ontological modeling, and building systems that power real business outcomes? We’re looking for a Senior Data Modeler to join our team and help design, maintain, and enhance the data structures that drive our products and client solutions. What You’ll Do • Lead hands-on data modeling efforts — developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models. • Build and maintain data dictionaries and ensure model documentation is accessible across teams. • Capture and refine models from existing databases, ensuring consistency and clarity. • Partner closely with application developers and DBAs to optimize design and performance. • Support the Data Review Board process, preparing models and documentation for review and approval. • Identify opportunities to streamline, reuse, and reduce redundancy in enterprise data. • Apply modern engineering practices and agile methodologies to enhance delivery and quality . What You’ll Bring • 5+ years of experience in logical and conceptual data modeling. • Strong background in ontological modeling. • Mortgage lending experience (required). • Familiarity with industry ontology models such as BIAN, FIBO, and MISMO. • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and design principles. • Collaborative mindset and passion for building innovative, data-driven solutions.
