Senior Data Readiness Lead — Contract | Life Sciences | Europe 12 Month Contract - Remote What the role involves: • End-to-end accountability for data migration readiness across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA programme • Directing and governing onshore and offshore SI teams on migration tooling, execution and validation • Defining entry/exit criteria for test cycles, cutover and go-live • Managing data load cycles, defect metrics and remediation with business data owners • Ensuring GxP compliance across migration verification and quality sign-off • Single point of escalation for all data-related risks and programme dependencies What you need: • Senior data readiness or migration leadership experience on SAP ECC to S/4HANA programmes • Life sciences or regulated environment background — GxP, CSV, validated systems • Proven SI governance capability — you've held the client seat and directed delivery partners • Strong stakeholder management at programme level Nice to have: • SNP Transformation Backbone or SAP Migration Cockpit experience • Validation and audit exposure Contract details: • Initial12 months, extension likely • Remote • Europe-based candidates considered
