Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist - Remote position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in San Diego, CA. This is a 9+ month contract to hire opportunity. Pay Range: $65.00-75.00 This role involves maintaining, building, and optimizing a data warehouse, developing ETL solutions, and creating an automatized data flow and analytics environment. The ideal candidate will have full-stack experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, and machine learning engineering to help empower the organization to scale efficiently. Responsibilities: • Maintain, build and optimize data warehouse, developing ETL solutions, automatized data flow, and analytics "as-a-service" environment • Have full stack experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, data enrichment and machine learning engineering • Build and operate the tools we use as well as the infrastructure to label data, create features, train, evaluate and serve both online and offline models • Drive and implement automation to empower the organization to scale efficiently and with flexibility Requirements: • 2+ years working Experience in Databricks, Data/Delta lake, Oracle, or AWS Redshift type relational databases • 1+ years of Experience with AWS/Google Cloud Platform Cloud or equivalent on data integration with Glue, Kafka, Elastic Search, Lambda, S3, Redshift, RDS, Kubernete, or BigQuery ecosystems • 2+ years working experience in Python-based data integration and pipeline development Desired skills: • Strong experience with source control systems such as Git and Jenkins build and continuous integration tools • Highly self-driven, execution-focused, with a willingness to do "what it takes" to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of demands on data integration • Experience developing CI/CD pipeline Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
