We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can hit the ground running, a self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in solving complex problems and operating with minimal direction. You’ll build advanced machine learning models and agentic AI solutions, turning ambiguous business challenges into scalable, data-driven outcomes while partnering directly with senior leadership. What You’ll Do • Build and deploy ML models (supervised & unsupervised) • Develop agentic AI solutions leveraging machine learning • Translate business problems into actionable data science solutions • Operate independently and proactively solve problems • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategy • Communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences What You Bring • 7+ years of hands-on data science experience • Proven ability to build and deploy ML models end-to-end • Strong ML expertise (RF, GBM, SVM, clustering, etc.) • Experience with Spark, Hive, or similar Big Data tools • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar • Strong communication and business acumen Nice to Have • Experience with agentic AI • Databricks experience (big plus) • Cybersecurity domain knowledge • Experience mentoring or leading others Why This Role • True senior-level impact, no hand-holding • High visibility with leadership; strategic influence • Work on cutting-edge AI and ML initiatives • Opportunity to make immediate impact
