This role involves close collaboration with our Cyber Fraud Investigations, Data Engineering, and AI/ML teams to integrate data science solutions into our operational framework. The candidate will utilize their advanced skills in machine learning, SQL, Python/R, and big data technologies to innovate and enhance our fraud detection capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement end-to-end ML models for precise fraud detection and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize data science frameworks. • Automate dashboards, feature pipelines, and model scoring to embed insights into operational processes. • Lead and contribute to impactful data science initiatives with a focus on delivering tangible results. • Ensure continuous improvement of models and techniques through innovative machine learning strategies. Must-Have Skills: • Profound expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis. • Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within data science and ML. • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred. • Prior experience with AI agents and LLMs is beneficial. Industry Experience: • Experience in the finance or cyber fraud detection domain is highly desirable, reflecting an ability to navigate and innovate within this specialized sector.
