Our client is an independent regulatory body in the UK responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.
Role Responsibilities:
• Developing and optimising entity resolution models using Splink
• Applying statistical and machine learning approaches to improve matching accuracy
• Validating and documenting methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility
• Collaborating with technical teams to integrate solutions into operational environments to enhance business-wide operations
Skills:
Minimum:
• Proven experience in entity resolution, including probabilistic and deterministic methods
• Prior experience in Python and SQL
• Demonstratable experience in Splink for record linkage
Essential:
• Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous data and design robust matching strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with graph technologies (e.g., Neptune, Neo4j, OpenCypher).
• Experience with Agile delivery practices.
• Exposure to cloud-based deployments and DevSecOps principles.
