About the Role • Client is a leader in the healthtech space • We are seeking a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist to join a growing team focused on building next-generation AI and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining traditional data science, machine learning, and Generative AI to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL, Python, predictive modeling, and modern GenAI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks. Responsibilities • Develop and deploy machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions to support business objectives. • Design and implement GenAI applications leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models. • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and intelligent agent workflows. • Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets using SQL and Python. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision support. • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability. • Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize AI and machine learning solutions. • Present findings, recommendations, and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience (Data Scientist) or 7+ years of experience (Senior Data Scientist) in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. • Experience building predictive models and machine learning solutions. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI and analytics solutions. Preferred Skills • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, or other modern LLM platforms. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks. • Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance. • Experience developing enterprise AI products and intelligent automation solutions.
