• Production-Ready ML & MLOps (Not Just Prototypes): Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production at scale with measurable business impact, including end-to-end lifecycle ownership (build deploy monitor)
• Supply Chain-Focused Modeling: Strong hands-on experience building ML models for supply chain use cases such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and sales/marketing analytics
• Advanced Technical Stack (Python + SQL + Azure): Deep hands-on coding expertise in Python, SQL, and Jupyter, with experience leveraging Azure platforms (Fabric, Synapse, Azure ML) for data science
• Ability to translate business problems into data science solutions, clearly communicate ROI, and drive measurable outcomes with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
