Senior Data Scientist – Telecom Analytics & ML Models

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in telecom analytics, machine learning model deployment, and cloud-native data engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms, deep knowledge of telecom domain use cases (such as churn prediction, network performance, and 5G analytics), and proven skills in deploying models to production. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for telecom-specific use cases such as: • Customer churn prediction • Network optimization • Performance monitoring and anomaly detection • Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark, Google Dataflow, BigQuery, etc. • Deploy ML models on GCP and Azure platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability • Collaborate with telecom SMEs to translate business problems into data-driven solutions • Monitor model and system performance using tools like Prometheus and Grafana • Identify system bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization in Kubernetes environments • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science best practices, tooling, and architecture Required Skills & Experience ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer ✅ Strong experience with cloud ML deployments (GCP, Azure) ✅ Proficiency in Spark, Python, SQL, and data pipeline tools ✅ Telecom industry experience – preferably with exposure to 4G/5G, SD-WAN, and OSS/BSS systems ✅ Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana in Kubernetes environments ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications ➕ Experience working with British or European telecom providers ➕ Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML ➕ Familiarity with real-time data processing and model serving We are Connectors.
