Reporting directly to the Director of IAM, this role is instrumental in safeguarding sensitive access controls and demonstrating control effectiveness across critical, regulated environments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage quarterly access certifications in SailPoint 8.4 across 10,000+ entitlements. • Analyze access evidence from 19 SOX applications to validate control effectiveness. • Configure, launch, and track access reviews; follow up to ensure timely approval. • Support ongoing audit inquiries and internal compliance questions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of access control processes, reporting, and automation initiatives. • Collaborate with Senior Security Compliance Engineers, SOX PMO, auditors, control owners, and application teams across the enterprise. Must Have Skills: • 8–10 years in data analytics, audit, assurance, or risk management roles • Strong SOX compliance knowledge • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Solid hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with business intelligence/reporting tools • Ability to work with large datasets, particularly identity and access management data • Comfort with navigating SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar IAM platforms (SailPoint experience preferred).
