Senior Data Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to turn complex, messy data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. What You’ll Do • Data Acquisition & Preparation: Collect, clean, and process real-world data from diverse sources. • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Identify patterns, uncover insights, and formulate hypotheses. • Problem Framing: Translate business questions into data science problems. • Model Development: Build and evaluate statistical and machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and forecasting. • Deployment & Collaboration: Work with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production. • Communication: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement: Iterate on models based on feedback and evolving requirements. • Innovation: Stay current with advancements in data science and machine learning. Required Skills Proficiency in Python Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Cloud Run Experience • Required: 3–5 years in a relevant field at a Senior Associate level • Preferred: Automotive industry experience Education Master’s Degree required (Bachelor’s degree will not be accepted)
