Senior Data Warehouse ETL/BI Developer - Child Welfare

📍 Location: Lansing, MI 🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite every Wednesday & Thursday (Non-Negotiable) We are seeking a Senior ETL/BI Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications on a Teradata Data Warehouse platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance Data Warehouse applications and automated ETL processes. • Design and maintain ETL processes, data marts, reports, dashboards, and information delivery solutions. • Develop complex SQL queries supporting business and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with Data Modelers, Business Analysts, Architects, DBAs, developers, and technical teams. • Analyze business and technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions. • Optimize solutions for data reconciliation, reporting performance, and analytical value. • Participate in complex, multi-team Data Warehouse projects and provide technical leadership. • Provide technical direction, code-development guidance, and mentoring to development staff. • Support disaster recovery, change management, production support, and development standards. Required Qualifications ✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education. ✅ 6+ years of experience developing Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence applications. ✅ Strong experience with ETL, Data Marts, Reporting, Dashboards, SQL, and Data Analysis. ✅ 2+ years of experience in Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Services, or a related domain.
