Senior Developer

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Developer to join their team! This position is located in Burbank, California. Duties: • Deliver high-quality front-end and back-end feature development in an agile, fast-paced team environment within a large, matrixed organization • Utilize appropriate technologies, languages, and frameworks to build, enhance, and scale the application in alignment with business and technical requirements • Conduct thorough code reviews, recommend optimized implementation approaches, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively • Write, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure product stability, performance, and quality • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, integration points, third-party or open-source licensing details, and associated risk assessments • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise terms for non-technical team members and stakeholders • Collaborate closely with the Product team and other cross-functional partners using agile methodologies and established software development lifecycle practices Desired Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • Strong background in GraphQL API design using frameworks such as gqlgen, Strawberry, or similar • Proficiency in database query design with experience in Cypher, SPARQL, SQL, SurQL, Vector, or related query languages • Hands-on experience working with graph databases • Demonstrated specialization or strong interest in AI/ML, Generative AI, or other emerging technologies • Prior experience in the media or entertainment technology industry is highly desirable • Experience in cloud infrastructure provisioning and management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Benefits: • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) • 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
