Key Responsibilities
• Design and build regulatory reporting solutions within a financial services environment
• Perform complex data mapping and transformation across source systems
• Develop and maintain integrations using Kafka, JSON, and REST APIs
• Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Partner closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to refine requirements
• Support enhancements, issue resolution, and regulatory change initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience as a developer within financial services or banking
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, JSON, and integration patterns
• Experience working on regulatory reporting or data-intensive platforms
• Ability to work closely with product and business teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, build-out environment
