The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, hands-on expertise in modern frameworks, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications. This role also involves mentoring junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust applications. • Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. • Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technology roadmaps. • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when beneficial. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 6+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript). • Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, React, Node.js). • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles. • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization. • Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
