Senior DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to design and operate secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on‑prem environments. This role focuses on integrating security into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate with platform, security, and engineering teams to build resilient systems, enforce compliance standards, and enable automated, secure deployments. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to reliability, security, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering with 5+ years in DevSecOps • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and secure pipeline design • Advanced Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform/OpenTofu, including modules, state management, and policy-as-code (OPA/Sentinel) • Proven hands-on Kubernetes experience (cluster provisioning, Helm charts, observability, debugging) • Experience integrating security tools (SAST, DAST, container scanning, secrets scanning) into pipelines • Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure architecture design • Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry) and incident response practices Compensation 60-75hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
