Currently we are seeking a “Senior Engineer” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation. Job Title - Senior Engineer Location - Plano, TX Tenure - 6 months CTH What You’ll Be Doing • Lead technology projects with a team of full-stack developers to build and enhance integration and API platforms. • Develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, and both RDBMS and NoSQL databases. • Work with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and a wide range of AWS tools and services. • Build reusable components for authentication and authorization enforcement at the service layer. • Implement OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) for web, mobile, and service-to-service use cases. • Develop and optimize integration patterns for multiple OAuth2.0 grant types (Authorization Code with PKCE, Client Credentials, etc.). • Integrate access token validation, scopes, and claims-based access controls into framework or gateway components. • Design and implement RBAC/ABAC/Entitlements models for granular access control enforcement. • Deliver SDKs, documentation, sample projects, and training to enable wider engineering adoption. What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves) • Proven expertise in software engineering, designing and implementing cloud-native (12-factor) applications. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. • Deep technical foundation with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, microservices, and serverless architecture. • Excellent understanding of distributed tracing, resiliency, and scalability patterns. • OR strong expertise in OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML-based customer identity solutions. • In-depth knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authorization grant types and integration patterns. • Expertise in API Security — gateway-level authentication, token introspection, revocation, mutual TLS. • Experience integrating with Okta, Ping, or ForgeRock identity platforms is highly desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
