More About Your Role You will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex ERP solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable and aligned to business needs. Working closely with engineers, architects and stakeholders, you will design, build and implement solutions using Unit4 Business World, producing high-quality documentation and guiding projects through testing, deployment and handover. You will take ownership of technical design decisions, lead on quality assurance activities including test automation, and provide expert support for live services, resolving complex issues and mentoring others. You will also ensure security is embedded in everything you deliver and provide expert advice to optimise the ERP platform and support business outcomes. Experience β€’ Proven experience managing the end-to-end development lifecycle for Unit4 ERP solutions across desktop, web and mobile applications β€’ Experience delivering Unit4 ERP engineering solutions within project environments β€’ Demonstrable experience designing and architecting technical solutions aligned to business requirements β€’ Experience conducting business or systems analysis and delivering measurable process improvements β€’ Hands-on experience with Unit4 data migration, including planning and executing data cutover activities More About You You will bring strong technical expertise in Unit4 ERP, with the ability to design, build and optimise solutions that meet user and business needs. Experience with ERP migration and a track record of implemention is desired. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and are confident engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of complex challenges and supporting others through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Experience with cloud environments, SQL databases, or integration tools would be beneficial, along with any exposure to finance or HR systems.
