Senior ETL Healthcare Data Analyst

ETL Healthcare Data Analyst Contract: 6 12 Months with extension Hybrid: 2-3 Days onsite Local Candidates Only Richmond, VA Responsibilities: • Manage data conversion process, covering strategy, data mapping, transformation rules, and reconciliation. • Manage data validation processes and troubleshoot complicated data issues to guarantee accurate and complete converted Claims, and Finance data. • Coordinate and manage practice (simulated) conversion runs, aligning technical and business teams to prepare for the actual system migration. • Conduct comprehensive data quality reviews, verifying that all converted data adheres to required business, auditing, and regulatory standards. • Create and document the necessary conversion crosswalks and standardized migration procedures for moving legacy data into the new system. • Collaborate with technical architects to enhance conversion efficiency, reduce system downtime, and facilitate a seamless cutover. • Ensure system design decisions comply with established architectural standards and meet operational readiness requirements through governance oversight. Requirements: • 10 years of required experience in data analysis, focusing on large datasets and trend identification. • 10 years of experience is required for evaluating and presenting data conversion results. • A minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing large-scale Claims Processing Software (MMIS or similar) is required. • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools. • 10 years of required knowledge in programming logic. • 10 years of experience is required in data conversion, covering mapping rules and validation. • 10 years of experience in ETL design and data transformation is required. • A minimum of 10 years of experience with Teradata Queries and SQL is required. • 10 years of experience is required in the ability to document data conversion rules and validation results. • 10 years of experience is required in data quality assurance and reconciliation. • 10 years of experience is required collaborating with ETL Developers and business teams.
