Employment Type: W2 / 1099

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python & FastAPI
Build and maintain APIs for high-performance applications
Work with distributed systems and asynchronous processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Optimize performance, reliability, and system scalability
Required Skills
8+ years of backend development experience
Strong expertise in Python & FastAPI
Hands-on experience with:
Redis
Celery
SQL & NoSQL databases
Experience building scalable and resilient systems
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI/ML technologies or integrations
Experience with modern distributed architectures
