Swoon is actively seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the team of our client - a fortune 1000 company!

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will support both traditional FP&A activities — such as financial consolidations, forecasting, and budgeting — and strategic projects focused on enhancing financial frameworks and driving business insights.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and brings a curious and proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

   • Consolidate monthly forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans across multiple business units.

   • Analyze key financial and business information to assess performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.

   • Support the preparation of board presentations, month-end reports, and other executive-level deliverables.

   • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve current financial processes, frameworks, and reporting capabilities.

   • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and senior leadership requests.

   • Participate in strategic projects, such as market trend analysis and its impact on financial performance.

   • Assist in setting financial guidance and assessing long-term business planning scenarios.

Qualifications:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.

   • 3–6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.

   • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills.

   • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.

   • Familiarity with financial tools such as Darwin, EPM, and SAP (preferred but not required).

   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

   • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

   • Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and an openness to learning and continuous improvement.
