About the Opportunity
Brilliant Management Resources is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support a growing, dynamic organization within the manufacturing and distribution space. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role supporting a finance team undergoing transformation, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can step in quickly to drive insights, improve processes, and support key business decisions.
What You’ll Do
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including analysis of revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses
• Own and support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Partner with business leaders to provide insight into financial performance, cost drivers, and opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze trends and variances, clearly communicating risks and opportunities to leadership
• Support headcount planning and operating expense management
• Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Work across systems to reconcile data and improve reporting accuracy
• Assist with process improvements and scaling FP&A capabilities
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decisions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Exposure to Qlik Sense or similar BI tools
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environments
