Senior Fiori Developer

Role Summary We are seeking a SAP Fiori Developer to design and develop modern, user-friendly SAP applications using SAP Fiori and UI5 technologies. The role involves building responsive UI applications, integrating with SAP backend systems, and enhancing user experience across business processes. Key Responsibilities Fiori / UI5 Development • Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5. • Build responsive and user-friendly UI interfaces following Fiori design principles. • Customize and extend standard Fiori apps. Backend Integration • Develop and consume OData services. • Collaborate with ABAP teams to build backend services and logic. • Integrate frontend apps with SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.). Application Enhancement & Support • Enhance existing Fiori applications based on business requirements. • Troubleshoot and fix UI and integration issues. • Provide production support (L2/L3) when required. Testing & Deployment • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. • Deploy applications using SAP Gateway / Fiori Launchpad. • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. UX & Performance Optimization • Apply Fiori design guidelines and UX principles. • Optimize application performance and usability. • Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility. Required Skills Core Skills • Strong experience in SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 development. • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Experience building and consuming OData services. SAP Knowledge • Understanding of SAP architecture and SAP Gateway. • Exposure to SAP modules (FI/MM/SD). • Basic knowledge of ABAP (preferred). Tools & Platforms • Experience with Fiori Launchpad configuration. • Knowledge of Git / version control tools. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
