Job Title: Senior GTM Data Analyst — Internal Data Products Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6+months Type: Contract Role Overview The Senior GTM Data Analyst will design, build, and scale internal data products that power go-to-market (GTM) planning, resourcing, segmentation, and performance visibility. This role blends strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of SaaS GTM operations to translate complex business needs into reliable, scalable data assets. You will own end-to-end data product development and act as a subject matter expert for GTM models, partnering closely with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, GTM Planning, and Finance to drive data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of internal GTM data products, from business requirements and technical design to development, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance. Partner with GTM Planning, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Finance to translate ambiguous business questions into clear data requirements and analytical frameworks. Design and build scalable data pipelines, datasets, and models using SQL and Snowflake to support territory design, capacity planning, coverage models, segmentation, and forecasting. Develop intuitive, high-impact dashboards and self-service analytics in Tableau to improve operational visibility and reduce ad-hoc requests. Translate GTM business processes (e.g., lead routing, account whitespace, pipeline health) into accurate, maintainable data logic, accounting for edge cases and exceptions. Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness. Serve as the subject matter expert for internal GTM metrics, models, and datasets. Operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, prioritizing and delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-intensive role within a SaaS or high-growth technology company. • Proven experience building datasets, analytical models, and tools supporting territory planning, segmentation, scoring models, capacity planning, forecasting, or pipeline health. • Expert-level proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions) and Snowflake. • Advanced experience with Tableau, including LOD expressions, parameters, complex calculations, and performance optimization. • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and GTM systems. • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into scalable data structures while handling operational edge cases. • Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, including ARR, ACV, retention, funnel metrics, and productivity metrics. • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions in ambiguous environments.
