Pay: $35–$38/hr
We are hiring for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to support a high-impact healthcare data team focused on reporting, data management, automation, and migration into a new enterprise platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst who brings strong technical skills, understands healthcare quality data, and is excited to work with a newer system that is expanding across the organization.
This role is best suited for someone who can hit the ground running, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong experience in SQL and Python, along with a solid foundation in SAS.
Location
• Fully remote
• If local to the South Lyon / Detroit area, there may be an opportunity to go onsite once every two weeks at the South Lyon office
Contract Details

Position Overview
The Senior Healthcare Analyst will support critical work tied to healthcare data management, quality measure reporting, end-user support, and data migration efforts. This team is actively working within a new data migration system called Foundry, which supports member data workflows and end-user functionality. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with an emerging platform while contributing to meaningful healthcare initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience within Medicare Advantage, managed care, or payer environments, with a strong understanding of quality measures data and the ability to navigate both technical and operational needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Pull reports and queries from Databricks
• Build and maintain reporting workflows using SQL, Python, and SAS
• Set up and support automation processes
• Assist with data migration into Foundry
• Perform data cleanup, validation, and quality checks
• Support end users by troubleshooting issues and helping ensure smooth workflows
• Work with member and vendor data to support broader healthcare operations
• Contribute to platform adoption and help the team maximize new system capabilities

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of strong foundational experience in healthcare analytics or data management

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a changing environment
