Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
Certifications Required:
Candidates must provide training certificates for the relevant certifications.
β’ Azure AI Engineer Associate
β’ Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Certifications Preferred:
Candidates must provide training certificates for the relevant certifications.
β’ Databricks Data Engineer Associate (or Professional)
β’ Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
β’ DAMA CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or DCAM (EDM Council Data Management Certification)
β’ SAFe Practitioner (SP) or Scrum Master (PSM I / CSM)
β’ Lean Six Sigma
β’ Security+ or ISCΒ² CC
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ 12+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, business intelligence, or DataOps environments
β’ Experience supporting health data infrastructure or healthcare analytics projects, preferably in public sector environments
β’ Experience applying statistical analysis, anomaly detection, or pattern recognition techniques to structured and semi-structured datasets
β’ Experience working with Azure DevOps, Azure Databricks, SharePoint, Power BI, and cloud-based data platforms
β’ Experience developing technical documentation such as SOPs, playbooks, and Wikis
Required Skills and Experience:
β’ Strong knowledge of data quality, statistical process control (SPC), anomaly detection, and performance monitoring techniques
β’ Experience developing dashboards, reports, and operational metrics using Power BI or similar BI tools
β’ Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis, validation, and reporting
β’ Experience with metadata management, data validation, and governance practices
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desired Experience:
β’ Experience working with State government or public sector clients
β’ Experience with modern data lake environments or medallion architecture
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
