Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments • Support HR data replication and modernization, translating legacy logic into Oracle HCM–driven solutions • Design and implement data structures, transformations, and pipelines for analytics and reporting • Use Oracle Analytics tools (BI Publisher, BICC) to extract, validate, and interpret HCM data • Analyze frontend functionality and backend data structures to ensure accurate data usage • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define data requirements, metrics, and logic • Create and maintain documentation (data definitions, lineage, mappings, governance artifacts) • Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and troubleshoot cross-system data issues Qualifications: • Advanced SQL expertise, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning • Hands-on experience with both SQL Server and Oracle SQL • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (frontend concepts + backend data structures) • Proficiency with Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher (BIP) and BICC • Experience working with legacy HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and data modernization efforts • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (fact tables, historical data modeling) • Proven ability to produce clear technical documentation supporting data governance • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $64.10 per hour.
