We’re looking for a 1-year fixed term contract Senior HRIS Analyst. Based at our Paddington Head Office, you will be accountable for managing the governance framework for global HR processes and data structures within the core HR module of our HRIS, SuccessFactors. As Senior HRIS Analyst, you will lead the change request process, driving continuous improvement while ensuring system functionality aligns with the HRIS roadmap and long-term business objectives. You will also take ownership of first-line support and the implementation of technical updates across the Employee Central and Performance modules. What You’ll Do β€’ Manages HRIS Change Governance Forum β€’ Manages Data Dictionary β€’ Determines the impact to the process within the system. β€’ Acts as a bridge between local and global needs, ensuring that local requirements are incorporated where feasible without compromising consistent global ways of working β€’ Ensures that all sites are adhering to the global ways of working β€’ Maintains the Operating Procedure to clearly outline what processes are required and why they are processed in a certain way β€’ Owns the work instructions to clearly outline how processes are required to be administered in the system. β€’ Owns the technical workbooks for Employee Central. β€’ Has detailed knowledge on the business rules set up in the system and how they work e.g. derivation logic, notifications, alerts β€’ Responsible for determining requirements of process changes β€’ Supports UAT for any system updates and providing a global template to support aligned communication of the changes / updates What do you need to thrive in this role? β€’ Experience in HRIS governance, change management, and global process oversight β€’ Strong understanding of HR data governance, data quality, and system-driven processes β€’ Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including business rules and workflows β€’ Experience operating in a global environment, balancing standardisation with local needs β€’ Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and supporting UAT and system releases β€’ Ability to drive process improvement, adoption, and compliance across multiple sites β€’ Experience creating clear documentation, training materials, and delivering knowledge transfer What can you expect from us? Security vetting Due to the nature of the industry that Urenco operates in, all personnel regardless of employment status working for Urenco are required to obtain security clearance at the level required for their role. Security clearances are assessed in accordance with regulations and official guidance issued by the relevant competent authorities for national security vetting. In certain circumstances, additional enhanced security clearance considerations apply to roles within Urenco owing to the particular activities that the Urenco Group undertakes in relation to uranium enrichment. Successful candidates will need to satisfy security requirements, and all offers of appointment are made subject to the successful approval of all checks initiated.
