About the Role
Weβre seeking a Senior HR Analyst to join a leading global automotive organization recognized for innovation and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with HR and business leaders to transform data into strategic insights that drive workforce and business decisions.
As part of the Talent Analytics team, you will lead analytical initiatives, develop advanced dashboards, and tell meaningful stories through data to influence key leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Conduct complex statistical, trending, and predictive analyses to support workforce and HR objectives.
β’ Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify talent priorities and deliver actionable insights.
β’ Develop workforce KPIs and design Power BI dashboards to monitor and forecast trends.
β’ Integrate internal and external data sources to identify key drivers of talent trends.
β’ Translate analytical results into compelling stories and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, with hands-on expertise in Power BI and Alteryx.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language such as R or Python.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience leading talent analytics or workforce analytics initiatives for large enterprises.
β’ Strong ability to βtell the storyβ through data and communicate findings to executive leadership.
β’ Experience with data cleansing, quality assurance, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Nice to Have
β’ Experience in HR, Workforce, or Talent Analytics domains.
β’ Exposure to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
β’ Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
