π Location: NYC (Onsite) (Need Locals to NYC/NJ) (Mandatory in office 3 days a week)

Job Description:-
Essential duties and responsabilities
Ensure Operational Excellence: Address user support requests and manage incidents with efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely resolutions.
Become a Trusted Partner: Forge strong relationships with traders by working directly with their desks to support applications they use on their day to day
Champion Quality: Conduct thorough testing of new features, bug $xes, and system updates to guarantee they meet business objectives and perform %awlessly.
Empower Users: Provide comprehensive training and create clear, concise user guides to enhance application adoption and profficiency.
Bridge Development and Business: Act as a liaison between user needs and IT Development teams, facilitating clear communication and e#ective prioritization for feature implementation.
Proactive Monitoring: Monitor application performance to identify and proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal operational efficiency.
Communicate Effectively: Provide regular, clear updates on support activities, requests, and project statusesto stakeholders and management.
Understand the Business: Deeply engage with Front Office teams to understand their workflows, solicit feedback, and identify key areas for enhancement.
Uphold Standards: Ensure all support activities align with internal policies and industry best practices.
Skills:-
Experience in IT Support Business Analyst functions for Front O"ce in the Finance industry
Knowledge of $nancial Products (Equities, Equity Structured Products, Equity Listed Options, Securities Lending) and their trade workflows.
Knowledge and experience in:
- Equity and Option trade execution (Fidessa, Dash, EMSX or similar like Flextradeβ¦) and booking (Loanet, Sophis or similar like Calypso..)
- Structured products trades and workflows.
Strong customer service focus
Knowledge of SQL and FIX is mandatory
Strong communication skills.to e#ectively support the needs of the Front O"ce teams
Ability to quickly prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Education:-
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Finance
