• Apply senior‑level analytical judgment to assess reliability, confidence, and discrepancies across multiple sources
• Provide direct analytical support, guidance, and secondary review for up to eight junior and mid‑level analysts
• Serve as an escalation point for ambiguous, high‑risk, or sensitive cases requiring experienced review
• Ensure analytical findings are documented clearly, consistently, and in compliance with internal SOPs and client requirements
• Host and lead monthly training sessions focused on methodology, data quality, confidence assessments, and procedural updates
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of analysts through coaching, feedback, and performance guidance
• Handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with federal standards and internal security policies
• Meet defined performance expectations for quality, accuracy, and throughput while balancing leadership responsibilities
• Work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism
Qualifications
• Significant prior experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, research, or a closely related analytical field
• Demonstrated expertise in structured research, identity resolution, and records‑based analysis
• Proven ability to exercise sound analytical judgment in complex or ambiguous cases
• Experience reviewing, validating, or providing quality assurance on analytical work produced by others
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce documented procedures and standards
• Proficiency with web‑based research platforms, case management systems, and Microsoft 365

• Ability to successfully undergo and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation

• Experience mentoring, training, or leading analysts in a production environment
• Familiarity with confidence scoring, source validation, and data quality assessment methodologies
