Role description
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (7+ years)
• Solid understanding of FHIR R4 and Da Vinci Implementation Guides (PDex, PAS, CDex, HRex, DTR)
• Hands-on experience with CMS Interoperability requirements
• Good knowledge of HL7, X12 (especially 278), and healthcare data models
• Experience building APIs and interoperability solutions from the ground up
Exposure to Azure, SQL Server, SMART on FHIR, and prior authorization workflows would be a big plus.
