📍 Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior IT Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience to lead engagement, onboarding, reporting, and data insights initiatives for enterprise quality and supply chain applications. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead onboarding of new teams, suppliers, plants, and systems onto data and reporting platforms.
✔ Build and maintain reports, scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
✔ Design and document end-to-end data flows and file upload processes.
✔ Partner with Data Engineering, Supply Quality, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable reporting solutions.
✔ Monitor file upload operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
✔ Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of IT/Data Analysis experience
✅ Strong SQL and Python knowledge
✅ Experience with Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis
✅ Understanding of data flows, file uploads, APIs, and third-party integrations
✅ Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics (Power BI is a plus)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Nice to Have:
➕ Power BI or dashboard development experience
➕ Experience working with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, or Manufacturing data
