The Jira Support Engineer will be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting Jira environments for business and technical teams. This role requires strong Jira administration capabilities, including automation and scripting, along with solid organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and user support
Key Skills: Jira Admin, Groovy Scripting, Post Migration
Jira Admin
candidate with migration (from Data Center to Cloud) experience, as post migration activities plays a key role in candidate's selection
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
