Senior Kronos Engineer

Responsibilities • Estimate, design, configure, test, and deploy Workforce Management applications • Provide expertise in UKG Pro and WFC (8.0+, ideally 8.1) • Support Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, WIM, and Boomi integrations • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance • Create and maintain system documentation • Ensure compliance with SDLC, SOX, PCI, and PII standards • Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Mentor junior team members and share best practices • Stay current on WFM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Engineer supporting WFM applications • Strong background in Windows, Linux, UNIX, Oracle/SQL databases, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, APIs) • Experience with version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with enterprise datasets • Knowledge of security best practices Experience • 5+ years configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM & WFC • 5+ years with Advanced Scheduler & Forecasting • 5+ years with WIM/Boomi integrations • 3+ years with service release installations and upgrades • 3+ years with dashboard/tile configuration • 2+ years with custom report writing Nice to Have • Agile/SDLC methodology experience • HCM/Finance domain knowledge • Retail industry experience
