Senior Lead – Agentic AI & Telecom Billing Transformation This role requires. US Work Authorization and is a W2 role only. No C2C or 1099 Applications please. About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead – Agentic AI & Telecom Billing Transformation to drive cutting-edge AI innovation within the telecom domain. This role will focus on Agentic AI strategy, BSS/OSS transformation, and telecom billing modernization, enabling intelligent automation and next-generation digital services. You will play a critical role in shaping architecture, delivering enterprise-scale AI-driven solutions, and leading cross-functional stakeholders to transform telecom operations. Key Responsibilities Agentic AI Strategy & Program Ownership • Define and lead the Agentic AI roadmap aligned with business objectives • Drive AI-led transformation initiatives across telecom billing and operations • Identify opportunities to embed AI agents across BSS/OSS processes Architecture & Solution Design • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI and telecom architectures • Build end-to-end BSS solutions across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Care • Integrate AI capabilities into telecom billing and service management systems AI Governance, Risk & Compliance • Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, governance, and regulatory compliance • Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and telecom regulatory standards Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders • Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals • Drive collaboration with vendors and telecom platform providers Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with strong Python-based delivery Technical Skills • Programming: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) • Generative & Agentic AI: OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex • Web & API Development: Flask, FastAPI, Django • ML Lifecycle: Model training, deployment, monitoring, and drift management • Data Engineering: SQL, data processing, visualization (Power BI, Streamlit) • Cloud & MLOps: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform • CI/CD, Git, Docker Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field • Certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI • Deep domain expertise in Telecom BSS & OSS (fixed, mobile, IoT, converged services) • Proven experience in designing end-to-end telecom solutions • Hands-on experience with major telecom platforms: • Amdocs • Netcracker • Comarch • Ericsson • Strong understanding of TM Forum standards and frameworks • Experience with 5G architecture, including network slicing and service enablement
