Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Hi, Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a Machine Learning Lead Scientist with 5–7 years of experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience building GenAI applications, and expertise in deploying and managing ML/AI pipelines in production. Top 3 Required Skills • Strong Python programming (production-grade development) • Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Knowledge Bases, Classifiers) • Experience with ML/AI pipeline development, deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization Required Skills • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field • 5–7 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI • Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques • Experience designing, building, and deploying ML models • Experience with SQL and data analysis • Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, CI/CD, and model monitoring • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills • Experience with Azure Machine Learning and Databricks • Prompt Engineering • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • LLM evaluation (LLM as Judge) • Airline industry experience • Consulting experience • Microsoft Dynamics (Nice to Have)
