Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and deployment of scalable personalization and recommendation solutions that drive customer engagement, conversion, and intelligent decision-making. Core Skills Required: • AI / Machine Learning • Python, Pandas, PySpark • Graph Modeling & Knowledge Graphs • Recommendation Systems & Ranking Models • Real-time Data Processing Key Responsibilities: • Design collaborative, content-based, and hybrid recommendation systems • Build real-time personalization pipelines and low-latency ML inference systems • Develop customer knowledge graphs using Neo4j / Neptune • Implement feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring workflows • Drive experimentation and optimize KPIs including CTR, engagement, and conversion • Build scalable pipelines using Python, Spark, and Kafka • Apply MLOps best practices including CI/CD and model lifecycle management • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders Required Qualifications: • Strong expertise in Python, Pandas, and PySpark • Hands-on experience with recommender systems, ranking models, and deep learning approaches • Experience with entity resolution and record linkage • Strong understanding of graph databases, graph embeddings, and graph modeling • Knowledge of ML evaluation metrics such as NDCG, MAP, Precision, and Recall Nice to Have: • Experience with large-scale real-time ML systems (TB/PB scale) • Exposure to Neo4j, Neptune, RDF, and graph-based AI architectures ABOUT BRICKRED SYSTEMS BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
