Job Title: AI/ML Software Engineer Duration: 5 Years (07/01/2026 – 06/30/2031) Location: 100% Remote (Initial 2 days onsite required) Hours Per Week: 40 Interview Type: Video (Microsoft Teams/Zoom) Job Code: K23-0094-25L-17 Scope of Project: Designing and building AI/ML-enabled software systems to automate tasks, assist internal users, and enhance user-facing services within a constrained hybrid cloud environment. Responsibilities: • Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decision-making • Work with AI/ML techniques including LLM and non-LLM approaches • Collaborate on agent architectures, workflows, and system integrations • Develop testing and evaluation pipelines for AI systems • Build unit and integration tests for AI workflows and data pipelines • Utilize synthetic data for benchmarking and performance improvement • Support deployment in hybrid cloud environments • Work with containerized applications (Docker) • Optimize systems for low-resource environments (limited GPU availability) • Deliver production-grade systems and maintain documentation • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies Required/Preferred Skills: • Python development (backend services, APIs, data pipelines) • SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL) • Experience with LLMs (API-based and local deployment) • RAG systems (embeddings, vector search, re-ranking) • Graph databases (Neo4j, Apache AGE) • Version control (Git) and containerization (Docker) • Hybrid cloud and distributed systems knowledge • Classical NLP and LLM-based techniques • Data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices • Experience with asynchronous processing, threading, and queues • Familiarity with React and Microsoft Teams Toolkit • Experience validating AI outputs and reducing hallucinations V Group Inc. is a NJ-based IT Services and Products Company with its business strategically categorized in various Business Units including Public Sector, Enterprise Solutions, Professional Services, Ecommerce, Projects, and Products.
