Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Maintenance Analyst to support the development of scalable data products, analytics solutions, and reporting capabilities that drive operational decision-making across multiple business functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain scalable, reusable data products for cross-functional business teams
β’ Build and optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows
β’ Develop analytics solutions using Python and PySpark
β’ Support data pipeline design, validation, and governance initiatives
β’ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
β’ Collaborate with data science, engineering, and reporting teams to deliver standardized data products
β’ Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies based on business requirements, cost, and scalability
β’ Support data visualization and reporting initiatives
β’ Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
β’ Analyze large-scale datasets and provide actionable business insights
Minimum Requirements:
β’ 3-5 years of data analytics, data engineering, or related experience
β’ Expert-level SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex query development
β’ Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing
β’ Strong Python development experience
β’ Experience developing solutions using PySpark
β’ AWS cloud services experience
β’ Experience working with large datasets and enterprise-scale data environments
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar visualization tools
β’ Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, or related databases
β’ Power Platform experience
β’ Exposure to data science, forecasting, or predictive analytics initiatives
β’ Knowledge of geospatial analysis or ESRI/ArcGIS concepts
β’ Experience supporting cloud and on-premises data ecosystems
